Grass Fed Lamb

Our lamb is grass fed, humanly raised, hormone- and antibiotic-free.  Whenever possible, we use natural methods for managing our flock’s health.  We are not certified organic, but use organic methods and none of their hay or grass has been subjected to pesticides or artificial fertilizers. The local bald eagles also like our lamb so we have to lamb in the barn. Except for the 3 weeks of lambing all our sheep are out on pasture.

Every year we have grass fed lamb ready to go into your freezer. We sell whole lamb by the hanging weight.

We use several different butchers for our custom processing. Processing costs range from $70 – $85/ lamb.

This will take about 1 to 2 cubic feet of freezer space, and can fit into a regular freezer (no separate chest freezer necessary like for a side of beef or pork).
